Some users of ActiveShare have found that the following error appears when starting the program: 'Runtime Error: 'LTOCX10N.OCX; not correctly registered; file is missing or invalid.' Adobe says that this error occurs when starting ActiveShare on systems that have æincompatible installations of shared filesÆ but the exact circumstances that give rise to this problem are not clearly explained. Luckily, a simple update is reported to fix the issue for all ActiveShare versions 1.5 or earlier. For a copy of the update see www.adobe.com or the cover CD.
