Creating a new Dial-Up Connection

From the Start menu, select Programs/Accessories/Dial-up Networking. The Dial-up Networking program group will appear.

Double click on the icon. By using a Make New Connection wizard, Windows will guide you through the process of making a new Dial-up connection.
