How To Use This Reference Guide
This Reference Guide is an electronic document created in HTML. It may be read using any browser.
The guide opens to the table of contents. Click on the topic you are interested in to find more information. You will jump to the page that covers the topic.
If you get "lost" in the document, you can jump to the Contents or Index by clicking on the words in the upper corner of each page. The index is a full alphabetical listing of all topic headings in the document. Click on a topic to jump to the associated page in the Reference Guide.
Additional navigational buttons are available in the top bar of the Help window.
