Mode Indicator (on the Swing Indicator)
The letters "G", "P" and "W" in the Swing Indicator represent the current game mode: Golf, Practice or Walk. As an additional reminder the presence (or absence) of a small animation in the top right-hand corner of the Game Window will remind you of which of the three modes you're in. When you enter Walk Mode, you won't be able to take a swing so the Swing Indicator will shrink down and sit in the corner of the Game Window. If you want to return to Golf Mode, you can click on either the Small Swing Indicator or on the Walking Shoes.
Golf Mode
Since Golf Mode is the default mode, and the mode you're likely to be in most often, there is no animation in the top corner of the game screen. You'll see a "G" in the right-hand corner of the Swing Indicator.
Practice Mode
You'll see an animated golf club tapping a golf ball in the corner of the Game Window when you are in Practice Mode. Click on the golf club to return to Golf Mode.
Walk Mode
You'll see a pair of animated white golf shoes in the corner of the Game Window when you are in Walk Mode. Also, the Swing Indicator will shrink down to an icon in the opposite corner. Click on either the shoes or the small Swing Indicator to return to Golf Mode.
