Question: When I try to download something, nothing happens. What gives?
Answer: It's possible that the Web server may be temporarily busy or "down." (Okay, we're not perfect.) Your best bet is to try again in a few minutes. If that doesn't work, email our Tech Support center to alert them of the problem.
Question: Sometimes I click on an item to download it, but it just shows up in my Web browser. What's the story?
Answer: Some items (such as the Web clips) will be displayed in your Web browser if you just click on them. Each Xoom product has "Download and Installation Instructions" associated with it. You might want to check them out to see if you need to do anything special to download.
Question: I tried to download something and right in the middle of it, my Web browser crashed. Can I download the same product again without being charged for it?
Answer: Yes. You have 3 days to download a product before we start raising an eyebrow.
Question: I visited your Web site a few weeks ago and saw some products then that don't appear anywhere on the site now. Where'd they go?
Answer: To ensure the best quality, a couple of products have been temporarily pulled off the site for improvements. They should be available within the next couple of months.
