It's possible that the Web server may be temporarily busy or "down."
(Okay, we're not perfect.) Your best bet is to try again in a
few minutes. If that doesn't work, email our Tech Support center
to alert them of the problem.

up in my Web browser. What's the story? |

Some items (such as the Web clips) will be displayed in your Web
browser if you just click on them. Each Xoom product has "Download
and Installation Instructions" associated with it. You might want
to check them out to see if you need to do anything special to
download.

Yes. You have 3 days to download a product before we start raising
an eyebrow.
