NOTE: By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to 
be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to 
the terms of this Agreement, promptly delete the SOFTWARE from 
your computer.


RISK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Ltd. SOFTWARE LICENCE


GRANT OF LICENCE.  
You may not rent, lease, sublicence, or lend the Software or 
Documentation. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the 
Software to another person or legal entity provided that you transfer 
this Agreement, the Software, including all copies, updates and prior 
versions, and all Documentation to such person or entity and that you 
retain no copies, including copies stored on a computer.


COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Risk Management Software
Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty 
provisions. You may not remove the copyright notice from any 
copy of the Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, 
accompanying the Software.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Risk Management Software Ltd Licence 
Agreement is your proof of licence to exercise the rights granted
herein and must be retained by you.  You may not rent or lease 
the Software.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile or 
disassemble the Software.

NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH MICROSOFT WINDOWS 95 
AND RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" 
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW AND RISK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE LTD DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF 
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE. 
 
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall 
Risk Management Software Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever 
(including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special 
and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, 
business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary
loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Risk Management
Software Ltd product, even if Risk Management Software Ltd has been 
advised of the possibility of such damages.  

INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU.  If you distribute the Software in violation 
of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend 
Risk Management Software Ltd from and against any claims or lawsuits, 
including legal fees that arise or result from the use or distribution 
of the Software in violation of this Agreement.
