Please read this agreement carefully.  By using the animated gif and still gif images (hereinafter the "Images") of this CD-ROM you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Media Graphics International, Inc under license from Axis grants you a personal, nonexclusive, nonsublicensable right to use the Images in accordance with the terms of this license. 

1. You may use the Images on one computer and with one user at a time.  You may also make backup copies for your own use only. 

2. The Images may be used for decorating web sites, advertising, electronic mails, electronic greeting card and any promotional materials.  You may also use the Images as an incidental part of any for-sale product. However, you may not distribute any of the files individually or offer any number of images derived therefrom as part of your own gallery or other software product.  Whenever the Images are used on any electronic mail or the world wide web, the images may not be detached from your mail or web page for download and re-use.  If the Images constitute more than 1/4 of a standard 640 by 480 pixel screen, then you must also include a copyright notice. 

3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or alter the software in whole or in part. 

4. This license will terminate if you fail to comply with this agreement, in which case you should destroy the Images and all other copies. 

5. Neither Media Graphics International, Inc nor Axis shall not be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or other damages arising out of the use of the Contents. You should use your own good judgement and be completely responsible for the result of your use of the Images. 

6. All rights and title to this disc and the Images on the disc are owned by Axis and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. 

7. U.S. Government Restricted Rights.  The software and the documentation are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subdivision (c)(1)(iii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at CFR 252.227-7013 or in subdivisions (c)(1) or (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. 

8. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California.  If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local laws may apply.
