This BBS currently uses CREDITs to allow access to features of the BBS, in
particular, downloading files other than free files, allowing 20 files to be
downloaded. 
Your have run out of credits, and can no longer download files.  

You can obtain more credit by becoming a system donor, for as little as $10,
you will get enough credits to satisfy even the biggest file leech :)

Information on donating is contained in the DONOR menu, or in the APPLY.ARJ
file.
