This file contains errata for CBV that is not in the documentation.

 - If you wish to make custom ANSI display files the extension must be .ANS
   You still need the normal .CBV versions as well,  because they will be
   used for NON-ANSI supporting users.

   You should test these screens out locally first.  CBV will not parse or
   pause when displaying .ANS screens.

 - There is mention of TOLL CALLS in the documentation,  current the feature
   is forced to NO!.  I will get around to adding it into CBV,  the
   files needed by TOLL CALLS must be present.

 - Version 4.22 of WWIV config is as follows.
