How to use FileHerald to generate online newfiles infos

it is possible to use FileHerald to display online users a list of new 
uploads. The batchfile generates this list and may be called once every 
night.

The questionaire is run when a user selects a menu function "List new files"
and asks him whether he wants to read the list. To ensure that only files
of this week are in the list, run Herald once a week without the "/u0" para-
meter.
