Reason: The CONNECT statement is incorrect. The correct statement
should be:

CONNECT <first name> <last name> <password>

Do not include the '<' and '>' symbols.

You must be a user on this BBS with download access level to be able to
use the FTPMail function. If you are a registered user with such access
please try again. Don't forget to include the CONNECT statement as the
first line in the FTPMail request.

If you are not a user you must first dial into the BBS and register to
get the needed access level.
