INSTALLING LEGAL TIME & BILLING TO A HARD DISK
                             FROM FLOPPY OR CD-ROM

Legal Time & Billing is not copy-protected. Before you load it, we urge you
to make a backup copy of the distribution disk by following the instructions
in your DOS manual.

Hard Disk Installation:

1 - Place the LTB diskette or CD-ROM containing LTB in the appropiate drive.
2 - Log to the floppy or CD-ROM drive.
3 - Type INSTALL and press the [Enter] key.
4 - Follow the installation prompts.
5 - To run the program, type LTB and press the [Enter] key.

The documentation file can be read or printed from within the program, or type:
SEE LTB.DOC from the DOS prompt.
