Lister - a text file printer for Windows version 3.1
        ----------------------------------------------------
                     Version 1.1

                     Installation
                     ------------

To install Lister, copy the files lister.exe and lister.hlp to your
Windows installation directory. Then, open the File Manager and the
Program Manager. Set the File Manager to the Windows installation
directory, and the Program Manager to the group you want to contain
Lister. (Startup is a good choice.) Using the mouse, drag LISTER.EXE
from the File Manager to the group window in the Program Manager.
The Lister icon should appear in the Program Manager group window.
Using the Properties... command in the Program Manager's File menu,
set Lister to run minimized.

Of course, many other setups are possible. However, if you set Lister
up as given, the Lister icon will appear each time you start Windows.
To print a file, drag it from the file manager to the Lister icon.

Activating the Lister icon displays the Lister control panel.
You can press the Help button for further instructions on operating
Lister. This help is quite extensive for a small, free program. It
includes setup recommendations and troubleshooting information.

This version of Lister has fixed several small problems with the prior
version (1.02). In addition, it has the ability to print files in the
OEM character set; this will prove useful for printing non-English files
created with DOS text editors.
