NAME

layersize - MacLayers Multiwindow Terminal Emulator Utility

SYNOPSIS

layersize [-l numlines -c numcols]

DESCRIPTION

The layersize command allows you to inform hosts to which you are remotely connected to through a MacLayers window (for example, through rlogin or telnet ) of your window size. You only need to use layersize if you are changing the window size of a shell which is not running on the same host which is running the layers program, or if you have remotely logged in to that host.

It is recommended that users use the MacLayers Control menu picks, "Inform host of window size", to run the layersize command.

ARGUMENTS

The arguments define the number of lines and number of columns of the current MacLayers window. These values are supplied by the "Inform host of window size" menu selections under the MacLayers' Control menu on the Macintosh host.
