About sharing Microsoft Outlook Express with others

If several people use the same computer to send and receive e-mail, you can set up different identities so that each person can configure Microsoft Outlook Express to reflect his or her preferences. This also ensures that each person sees only his or her own mail folders and Address Book. You can select an identity when you start Outlook Express, and you can switch identities at any time.
