  In most cases this just pops up a list of the hotkeys. Not very useful,
  but better than nothing. In some lower level modes it may display help
  relevant to that mode, but don't count on it.

  If you want more help, it would probably be a good idea to load the
  memory resident help which is basically an indexed copy of this document.
  See appendix B for details on how to do this.
