LINE DRAWING MODE                                                  <Alt>+D

  In this mode, a line (using the line characters) is drawn wherever you
  move the cursor. <PgUp>, <PgDn>, <Home> and <End> no longer have any
  effect, and all other keys are also disabled except for the following:

  1 ........ Use single lines when drawing (---).
  2 ........ Use double lines when drawing (---).
  D ........ Toggle drawing on and off - when turned off, you can move the
             cursor without drawing anything. Starts off enabled.
  E ........ Toggle erasing on and off - when on spaces are drawn instead of
             lines allowing you to erase any mistakes. Starts off disabled.
  <Enter> .. Disables drawing mode - returns you to normal mode.
