  DRAW FRAME <Alt>+F

This function will draw frames of various types using the current colour
settings. When the function is invoked, you will be shown a number of
frame types to choose from. Before you select the frame, you can also
press S instead of a frame number, which will give you the chance to
choose a shadow to use with the frame as well.

Once you have selected the frame type and shadow, you will be given a
chance to size the frame. For this you can use the arrow keys, <Home>,
<End>, <PgUp> and <PgDn>. <Tab> swaps between resizing the top left
corner and the bottom right corner.

Once you have set the frame up exactly as you want it, you can press
<Enter> to draw the frame. If, instead, you wish to abort the operation,
  you can press <Esc>.
