DRAW CIRCLE OR ELLIPSE                                             <Alt>+O

  This function will draw a circle/ellipse centered at the current cursor
  position. <UpArrow> and <DownArrow> increase and decrease the y radius of
  the ellipse. <RightArrow> and <LeftArrow> increase and descrese the x
  radius. <PgUp> and <PgDn> increase and decrease the radius of the ellipse
  proportionally. <Home> and <End> rotates the ellipse in five degree
  increments.

  You can also move the circle before drawing it with <Shift> and the arrow
  keys. Pressing <Enter> draws the ellipse, and <Esc> aborts the operation.
