LOCATION.--Lat 41°32'25", long 87°38'55", in NE¼NW¼ sec.8, T.35 N., R.14 E., Cook County, Hydrologic Unit 07120003, on left bank at downstream side of Riegel Road Bridge at Homewood city limits, 0.1 mi north of Holbrook Road, 0.8 mi east of Flossmoor, and at mile 1.2.

DRAINAGE AREA.--23.5 mi2.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1948 to current year. Prior to October 1974, records published with those for streams in the St. Lawrence River Basin (WSP 1307, 1727, 1911, 2111, WDR IL 1971-74).

REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 1437: 1948(M), 1953, 1955. WDR IL-75-1: Drainage area. WDR IL-81-2: 1955(M), 1957(M), 1968(M), 1974(M).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 616.80 ft above sea level. Prior to Sept. 9, 1948, nonrecording gage at same site and datum.
