Getting hold of Psion shareware and public domain software is no problem if you have a modem, preferably a fast one. However, 90% of Psion owners have no access to one and are thus very limited in what is available to them.

For this reason, 3-Lib was set up, to allow distribution of third-party software on diskette or SSD. Copying charges are kept as low as possible to encourage the growth of the Psion shareware and PD scene.
