Get ready for a demonstration of a SLIDE slideshow. It can also be thought of as a rolling demo or even as a tutorial.  SLIDE has many uses in many types of business."Either press a key or wait a while

You can specify a built in background (currently either blank, slatted, jazzed or bricked) or a PIC file of your choosing. If the PIC file is less than 80 pixels wide it will be shown at the side of your text.

The pause after each slide can be set for individual slides, by specifying a number of seconds. This slide will persist for 10 seconds unless you hit a key first!

This slide will stick around indefinitely, as its Pause parameter is set to 0 ! Use 0 or a large value if you want to allow the viewer to continue at his own pace etc ...

So, what use is SLIDE? Well, what about a rolling demo of one of your products? Or a way of sending staff out into the field with a briefing/info pack to scan through on their 3a on the plane.
