The distributed source should compile under both SAS/C6.x and DICE. If you are planning to make changes to source and want to distribute the altered version, read the ``Copyright and Distribution'' section.
To compile REMINDER and REMINDERCHECK you will also need the .h and .lib files for ReqTools.library25. These files are not included, but the complete ReqTools distribution can be found on many ftp sites and for example on Fish Disk #794.
