Pretty printed font listings with MFT

Another special feature of this implementation is the {\mc MFT} program that transforms ordinary {\manual META}{\manual FONT} program source files into TEX input files for formatted output of the source listing. The only command line argument necessary is the name of a `mf'-file containing (parts of) a {\manual META}{\manual FONT} program. You may influence the working of {\mc MFT} by applying other formats than the plain.mft. It is fun to play with other settings and options.
