TurnSpeechOff is an HyperCard function (XCMD)

Usage:     TurnSpeechOn

This function turns off Macintalk. It takes no arguments. If the command is successful, TurnSpeechOff returns the empty string in the Result; otherwise, the following error string is returned in the Result:

     •  "Wrong number of parameters"
