I do NOT know who made this file (and claim no credit or blame 
for it's existense :) ).
I found it on either AOL or Promenade a couple of years ago.
I did see a Klingon language conversion chart in a book called 
The Klingon Covert Operations Manual or somthing like that and 
this could be based on that, I don't Know!!! So, if you send 
this font out into the ether PLEASE keep this text file with 
it.
