Delete the directory you installed Blades into (probably c:\bladdemo or c:\bladexil). From the Program Manager, delete the entire Blades folder (Windows 3.1), or use the Settings-Taskbar option in the start menu to remove Blades of Exile from the Start Menu (Windows 95). Finally, remove the font MAIDWORD.TTF.
