This is Cryptographer, a word game program to solve cryptograms.
It is shareware and can be registered by ordering the program
from inside by going to Help and then "Prepare registration".

This program requires that Microsoft Windows Version 3.1 
or later is installed, a VGA (or higher resolution) monitor
and a mouse attached.

To install the program. 

From Diskettes:
Insert the program diskette in Drive A: or B:
For Windows 3.x goto Program Manager, select "File" then "Run"
For Windows 95 click on "Start" then "Run" 
and type:

a:setup or b:setup

From a zip file:
You need an Unzip utility, to UNZIP into a temporary directory
for example C:\TEMP
For Windows 3.x goto Program Manager, select "File" then "Run"
For Windows 95 click on "Start" then "Run" 
and type: C:\TEMP\setup

All Programs and files will be installed, you will be prompted 
for the Disk drive and Directory that you want these files to 
be located, a default path is offered.

After the installation is completed, double-click on the icon with
the left mouse-key to start the program.

In case you have any of the following problems, here are some possible
solution you might try.

1.VER.DLL will not load. 
Solution: Use the Notepad editor and open file Setup.lst.  Remove 
the line with Ver.dl_ and try setup again.

2.The file commdlg.dl_ cannot load because it is in use.
Solution: Go to DOS and rename the file drive:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\commdlg.dll
to something else.  Then go back to Windows and try setup again.

3.If any of the *.VBX files could not be installed, check to see if an 
older version of that file is present in either the drive:\WINDOWS or 
drive:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.  If so, rename that file and try setup again."
