			1) Added ability to specify 3 different 4 of a Kind

			2) Added 18 preset games to choose from.
			3) Advice now works for Deuces Wild games
			4) Analyze Hands now works for Deuces Wild games
			5) Analyze Game now works for Deuces Wild games
			6) Tutor now works for Deuces Wild games
			7) Added Create Playing Strategy functionality
			8) Other minor enhancement to some dialog boxes.
