GFF readme

The zip archives included in this directory contain a variety of
specs, code examples, and documentation.  You can copy the 
archives to your own system and run the unzip program to extract
the individual files.

For those who do not have the zip program on their systems, we
have extracted the individual files and included them in the
following directories:

t3d_doc/    Contains files extracted from t3d_doc.zip
t3d_misc/   Contains files extracted from t3d_misc.zip
t3d_src/    Contains files extracted from t3d_src.zip
t3d_util/   Contains files extracted from t3d_util.zip
