Configuration Files
The following files are considered private to the target system
and are not overwritten during the installation procedure;
you may want to tailor them to your system's needs.
- /usr/freeware/lib/mh/mtstailor
- The mail transport software configuration definitions.
The default configuration is setup for ``sendmail/smtp'' (use the
sendmail program for mail transport) and should be ok for most
systems.
Consult the MH Administrator's Guide (see below)
if you need to modify this file.
- /usr/freeware/lib/mh/MailAliases
- The system-wide mail aliases recognized by MH programs.
This file typically is not needed; mail aliases can be done
at the transport layer through sendmail(1M).
- /usr/freeware/lib/mh/mhn_defaults
- The default configuration parameters for the mhn program
that is used to handle MIME-encoded mail messages.
Consult mhn(1) for information on the contents of this file.
Preformatted manual pages are installed by default;
consult mh(1) for an introduction.
Preformatted versions of the MH Users Manual and
MH Administrators Guide are located in the directory
/usr/freeware/lib/mh/DOC when the
optional fw_mh.man.doc subsystem is installed.
