Before contacting Bluestone Technical Support, please follow these instructions:

Please fill out and send us the licensing fax form that came with your product.

If your question is still not answered by the above, in order to hasten the support call process, please have the following information available before you contact us:

Your Bluestone Product Serial Number (see your Maintenance Agreement, CD, or the e-mail you received after downloading via ftp).
Your case number if you already have one for this problem.
Your Product Name and Version.
Your Operating System Version (e.g. the output of "uname -a").
Your X-Window Server and Library Version.
Your Window Manager and Library Version.
A step by step procedure we can use to reproduce the problem.
