SaSetMaxRows

Limits the number of returned rows in a database request.

Synopsis

int SaSetMaxRows(int rows);

Arguments

rows
An integer specifying a limit on the number of returned rows in a database request. A value of 0 or -1 removes all limits.

Return Values

Returns 1 if successful. If rows is less than -1, then there is no change and the return value is 0.

Description

Limits the number of returned rows in a database request. This value will be used for all database requests from that point on unless the request was generated from the Object Bind Editor with a max rows other than -1. In that case, the Object Bind Editor value will be in effect.

SaSetMaxRows(100);
