App Server.Max Requests

Synopsis

Maximum number of requests from an HTTP server which are processed before the application server shuts down

Description

This option specifies how many requests an application server will handle before shutting down. A request is when an HTTP server contacts the application server for information. The application server may need to be shut down and restarted periodically due to memory leaks in database vendor libraries.

Permitted Values

Any integer number greater than 1.
