Reports to Chief Financial Officer

Minimim Requirements

BS in Accounting /Finance or equivalent education
3 - 5 years experience in public accounting in a high-tech related company
3 years experience managing an accounting team
2 years industry experience
Indepth knowledge of Excel and Word

Preferred Requirements

CPA
IPO Experience
SEC reporting
Experience with Great Plains accounting software

Must be a detail oriented and hands-on person
Willing to "dig-in" and participate in month close
Open and easy communication style
