Responsibilities:  Responsible for managing Global Business
Development team that consists of Fastline sales support,
competitive analysis, sales productivity tools, customer
briefings, Silicon sales (sales support web sites), and product
line marketing.  Overall charter is to increase the effectiveness
of our worldwide sales organization.  Global Business Development
identifies and delivers initiatives and programs to help worldwide
sales, particularly in selling the complete SGI product line.

Education/Experience:  Technical background, BSEE/CS or
equivalent, with MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience in
Business/Marketing/Sales organization with Product Management
experience preferred.  Ability to motivate and lead teams
preferred.
