PLATINUM DBVision

PLATINUM DBVision allows DBAs to continuously monitor and manage large, complex Oracle environments. It is the only product available that allows DBAs to monitor multiple Oracle databases (on different platforms) simultaneously. DBVision can be programmed to automatically correct problems it identifies, or notify specific personnel via e-mail or pager. DBVision is part of the larger PLATINUM EnVision performance management architecture, an environment that includes a standard Motif console that cooperates with distributed agents.
