The Fire Series High Performance CD-ROM Networking

The Fire Series software from Luminex delivers the crucial features, power and performance required to deploy networked CD-ROM mass storage peripherals in client/server environments. Using the Fire Series software, you can support NFS, Novell, LANManager and AppleShare client access to CD-ROM jukeboxes and drive towers. The software supports ISO 9660, RockRidge (RRIP) and High Sierra (HSFS) formatted CD-ROMs. The Fire series software is UNIX® based and is easily installed onto a non-dedicated network server. Clients access CD-ROM file systems through standard network protocols (i.e. NFS, NetWare, LANManager and AppleShare) requiring no additional client software.
