SINDBAD

SINDBAD is a powerful software tool designed to produce visual 3D data bases for actual or generic terrains of any size. SINDBAD is specially used in the fields of simulation and mission rehearsal. It includes DTED and DFAD file processing, satellite image processing, creation and edition of terrain, culture, 3D models and textures, automatic texturation, data base control and viewing, import/export of SIF data bases.

The data bases produced with SINDBAD may be used on all the SGI platforms using "Performer" and on other image generators using special formatters.
