KE Gallery Version 1.0

KE Gallery is a comprehensive collections management system implemented under Unix. It provides full system security via a suite of access levels, ranging from OPAC to DBA. Modules include Catalogues, Loans, Movements, Exhibitions, Organizations, Artists and Vouchers. It provides extensive links between the modules provide easy navigation through the system, enabling users from within a catalogue record for example, to access related loans and movement records without exiting the catalogue record. Retrieval is extremely fast, even from huge collections. Printing standard reports, such as catalogue Worksheets, and worklabels is easily done via Pull-down menus.
