KE RMS Version 1.0

KE RMS is a records management system implemented under Unix. Extensive links between the modules provide easy access and navigation through the system, enabling users while within a file record for example, to view documents in the file, or add new documents to the file. The system interfaces with barcode readers for easy registering of loans and returns of files. Various reports on files, loans and correspondence can be printed or viewed on the screen. A load option enables users to load word-processing documents directly into the system together with extra information, if necessary.
