Informix Illustra BasicVideo DataBlade

The BasicVideo DataBlade module enables the Informix Illustra ORDBMS to manage video based data including video frames, video clips, movies, and audio. Developers can use Silicon Graphics Movie Library functions in the SQL queries of their applications to leverage their existing knowledge. It supports several forms of audio and video playback on server machines or remote client machines to ease application development. All of Informix Illustra's DataBlade modules can be combined to support any combination of multimedia and complex data.
