SpeedSim/3 is a Cycle-based verification simulator created with one goal in mind . . . speed. SpeedSim/3 can deliver verification speeds of between 100 to 900 cycles-per-second on large microprocessor models. This Cycle-based logic simulator employs a unique approach called the Boolean Dataflow Engine (BDE). SpeedSim/3's BDE uses a pure, compact logic structure that fits into minimal memory configurations, and takes advantage of Simultaneous Test and Symmetric Multi Processing.
