RenderDotC

Dot C Software, Inc. has repackaged its in-house rendering engine, RenderDotC, as a commercially available toolkit. RenderDotC creates photorealistic images and animation sequences suitable for motion picture and television special effects. Professional features include programmable shading, texture/reflection mapping, shadowing, and anti-aliasing. Its well documented procedural interface makes it ideal for integration into visualization applications. Included in the toolkit are the procedural interface, the standalone program for rendering RIB files created by many popular modeling and animation packages, and the shading language compiler. Output images may be saved in many file formats including TIFF, RGB, and JPEG.
