OSCAR II

OSCAR II is an integrated, interactive modeling, simulation and analysis program. Analyzes ocean performance of one or a system of connected structures and vessel bodies. Analyzes new or existing models. Resolves hydrodynamics and stress model differences and computes damping, inertia and loads with Morison's equation, 2-D strip theory or 3-D diffraction theory.
