cspX
cspX analyzes data using tools developed from studies of chaotic systems and is useful for understanding all types of dynamical systems. It has a graphical user interface and performs all the calculations needed to detect, classify, analyze, and exploit ill behaved nonlinear systems.
Calculations include derivation of the optimum time delay for state space reconstruction from the average mutual information, the global embedding dimension (global degrees of freedom), local dynamical dimension (active degrees of freedom), the correlation dimension, and all the Lyapunov exponents. A prediction tool is also included. Graphics include output plots and animations of the attractor.
