PC-Interface

PC-Interface is the easiest way to integrate DOS, Windows, Novell NetWare and Windows for Workgroups desktop PCs with Silicon Graphics MIPS ABI systems over TCP/IP. With PC-Interface, you can share files, applications and printers over a local area network using the Silicon Graphics system as a non-dedicated PC file and print server. PCs attach through any standard Ethernet adapter, RS-232 serial line or modem. PC-Interface includes a full TCP/IP stack for client/server and DBMS support, WINSOCK support for Internet access, and VT220 terminal emulation. Also available: Internet electronic mail, Internet file trnasfer, local printer sharing, and advanced terminal emulation.
