GPIB-SG-S

The GPIB-SG-S is an IEEE 488 interface kit for controlling graphics peripherals or test equipment from an IRIS Indigo, Indigo2, Indy, or IRIS workstation. The kit consists of a GPIB-SCSI-A controller, NI-488M multitasking software, and a SCSI cable. The GPIB-SCSI-A IEEE 488.2 Controller connects 14 GPIB instruments to the platform via the SCSI port. NI-488M software is a device driver called from high-level functions. A platform equipped with the GPIB-SG-S can communicate with devices such as color scanners, film recorders, voltmeters, power supplies, and digitizing oscilloscopes.
