Open Client

Open Client is a library of routines, programming services, and runtime services used to develop client applications. It allows custom programs, SYBASE tools, and non-Sybase products to communicate with the SQL Server, OmniSQL Gateway, or with applications developed using Open Server. Open Client can request data or sevices over a network and provide other runtime functions such as establishing connections and sending and receiving data.
