Universal Frame Relay/PPP

Adax's Universal Frame Relay/PPP is a WAN/LAN server software package designed for use with Adax APC Boards. OEMs, systems integrators and end users can incorporate this package into applications running TCP/IP and OSI as a higher layer protocol. TCP/IP and OSI handle all protocol functions for ISO model levels 1 and 2. Companion Adax hardware is available off-the-shelf for EISAbus (Challenge M) and VMEbus (Challenge L).

Adax's Frame Relay/PPP has optional features for encapsulation for higher layer protocols and security/encryption via host resident software modules. The Adax hardware/software package can replace conventional stand-alone routers at a lower cost while offering higher throughput and lower latency.
